Specialized working papers discuss topics next week

The Chamber organize Thursday morning 12 December 2013 seminar (training and its importance in the development of national capacity) under the patronage of his Excellency the Governor of technical and vocational training Corporation Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-ghafis, said the Chairman of the training Committee Eastern Chamber, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-rabiah that participants review through four specialized working papers a number of topics related to training and human resource development, and the relationship of the training requirements of the labor market and combating unemployment, looking for event through the first worksheet (future directions of training Technical and vocational) provided by technical and vocational training Corporation, while looking paper 2 (revision of training modules), Symposium (third sheet) (the role of training in the Elimination of unemployment), while the fourth paper (training and the needs of the labor market).
Alrabiah said that the human factor is the key factor in the success of any organization and also gain experience and maintain competitiveness under the challenges of economic transformation taking place in the world. Alrabiah noted that some economic enterprises have proved its strength and success through competence in their employees and their commitment to see to the proper training they received at their facilities and proper training environment provided by them.
Alrabiah said that the human component of its capacities and skills and their willingness to work in various conditions can achieve the productivity of their companies that pay their officials to work on the development of human resources and have specialized training programs enhance performance and help upgrade the quality of their work and their products and services and also include employees, qualify for career progression and professional and social. He further noted the importance of training is to provide trainees with information, skills and different methods of renewable nature of their business and improve their skills and abilities, and thus raise the level of performance and productivity.
